Walking and Climb in Thailand National Park

Walking in the Creek

Most of the trek is walking in the creek even though it is flat. However, it is not easy to walk. An inexperienced person needs to wear proper boots. Have to see toward and walk on the big rock by using the center of foot stepping on the rock. The best way is follow the experience persons.

Walking in the Jungle

In the jungle is very humid and hot during the day because the airflow is not so well, especially in the valley. You need to use more power to adjust the temperature. The problems are the humid; your sweat cannot dry fast so will make you feel uncomfortable. So if you feel very hot, need to stop and wash your face to cool down but not sit in the water. Should not wear thick clothes but wear long sleeve shirt.

Climb the Steep Hill

Because you need to use more power to climb up hill for 15 times compare to the flat. Take a deep breath for more oxygen and stop shortly don't walk very fast. Need to use hands to hold the branches so can help your knee. Bring some candy to give more energy.

Cramps Preventing

When you walk for some times, your body will lose more water then can cause cramps. Cramps are from the stress in muscle so need to sit down and lay your legs higher to help the blood flows well. Take some salt to refresh the salt that loses with sweat.
